The Time of the Shipment

Our products can be sent all over the world. We usually use the air transport of DHL(www.dhl.com), UPS(www.ups.com), FedEx(www.fedex.com), TNT(www.tnt.com), DPD(www.dpd.com), USPS(www.usps.com). The delivery time varies depending on the distance. Local carriers can also affect delivery times. Normally, the time of shipment to different areas are followings:

All the above days are working days. During major holidays, airport cargo volume increases and transportation may be delayed. If you need this garment urgently, please contact us in advance and let us know the date you need it. We will arrange it for you as soon as possible.

The Shipping Fee

Our shipping fee rely on the total amount of your order and the country/region to which the dresses will be shipped.

After filling in the address on the checkout page, customers can view the exact freight charges.

We do not refund the customs duty charged by the customer's country/territory. If you are in a country where tariffs may be imposed, please state this in your reply to the confirmation email. If there is any customs duty, please bear it by yourself.

Production and delivery time

We will process your order within 24 hours and inform our tailor to start making your dresses. So if you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours, we will charge for orders over 24 hours, because the fabric used in this dress has already been cut. For a full cancellation policy, see our Return Policy page. Generally, it takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the garment. (Delivery times for accessories and swatches depend on our stock, they can be shipped within 48 hours when we have sufficient stock.)

With this information, you'll have a better idea of how long a piece of clothing will take. Therefore, we recommend that you write a note or send us an email when placing your order to inform us of the date you would like. Then we can better arrange production so that you can receive the clothes as soon as possible.

Once your order has been sent, the shipping address cannot be changed. So if you want to change your shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible. If you need to change the address, we can help you contact the express company, but there will be costs, which will be borne by the customer. We will inform you of the order number after delivery. You can view and track the order on the official website.

Note: the colour of the dresses displayed on your computer or mobile phone may be slightly different from the actual colour. This is a display device problem. Therefore, if you would like to bulk order prom dresses, we suggest that you order our colour swatches and fabric samples to ensure that the final colour you receive is the one you want.

The Rush Order

We can offer you expedited service for certain styles and you can select the earliest date on our product page. When you select an early date, the system will automatically calculate the extra cost of your dresses, and there is a clear sign on the checkout page. However, if you do receive it on a late date, we will give you a 5% discount. We would like you to place your order in advance, which will not only ensure you have enough time, but also enable us to do better.
