I ordered a standard-size dress, not a custom-made one. Why is it taking so long?
All of our dress are made from scratch and it takes cutting time whether you order standard or custom sizes. Check the clipping time on the product page.
How can I track my order status?
1. If you place an order with a registered account, you can use your email to log into our website and track the status of your order in My Order.
2. If you place an order without logging in, Please refer to the following steps:
  • Go to the login my account
  • Click "Order Status"
  • Enter your order number and email address to view your order details.
When will I receive my order?
You can receive your order within 2-3 weeks. It usually takes 9-12 days for cutting and 2-4 days for expedited shipping at present.


What is the best way to choose my size?
Please refer to our Size Chart to select the correct size. If your measurements are consistent with our size chart, I suggest you choose the standard size. If you can't find your size in the size chart, I suggest you choose a custom size to make sure the dress fits you.
Will my item be exactly the same color as what is shown on your website?
Our Color Charts online have been adjusted to show colors as close to the actual fabric colors as possible. However, the camera resolution and computer monitors may mean that the color between the photo and the actual fabric may be slightly different. The color is based on the actual dress you get. We recommend that you order fabric swatches to see the colors for yourself.
How can I make sure all of my dresses are the same color?
In order to ensure that your dress is made from the same roll of fabric, please email us with your color requirements or leave us a message in the Special Instructions section at the bottom of the checkout page when placing your order.

Can I return a standard size dress?
For the standard size dress with quality problems, please send pictures to the customer service after receiving the package, you can get a full refund (including freight and expediting fees).
Can I return a custom dress?
Custom designs are usually not returnable unless there is a serious quality problem.
Can return swatches, samples, accessories and emergency orders?
All swatches, samples and accessories are for final sale and are not subject to return or replacement for any reason. We are currently unable to refund emergency charges for emergency orders, except for defective items. We will refund the expedited fee for defective orders.
